Daniel Montano President/CEO Owner of Elevation Creation serving local, regional and global clients for over eighteen years. The firm's staff includes video professionals, marketing experts, graphic designers, website programmers, computer specialists and E-Commerce professionals. Daniel's expertise lies in internet communications consulting, marketing concepts, interactive internet design, eStrategies, and electronic campaign management. Daniel has a B.F.A. Degree from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO and studied design at the Institute of European Studies, Vienna, Austria. Daniel is also an honorarium lecturer at the University of Colorado at Denver in the Department of Communications.
Jesse Wallace Vice President/Enterprise Solutions Expert Jesse is a devoted backend programmer with a passion for Content Management Systems and dynamic server side coding. He holds a B.A. Degree in Technical Communications from the University of Colorado. Jesse is a proficient programmer, GUI designer and network engineer. He is proficient in PHP, MySQL, Java, Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Mambo, Expression Engine, OsCommerce, Magento, ZenCart, e-commerce solutions, database design and optimization. He also has a love for many operating systems, especially UNIX.

Her career has included positions on both the advertising agency and the corporate sides of the business. Madeline has an excellent track record of substantially increasing sales and awareness of products and services. She is highly experienced in designing strategic marketing solutions that drive sales, reduce costs and streamline executions for effective consumer or business to business campaigns to drive market share, sales and profit growth. Jay Clark Social Media and WordPress Virtuoso After attending the University of Phoenix specializing in Information Technologies, Jay focused his aspirations towards the creative world of website design and development. He has taken on many disciplines within this focus including search engine optimization, website design, social media and Internet marketing strategy. Jay thrives on creating and working with a variety of clients and keeping on top of the latest technologies in this area. Jay specializes in WordPress solutions and oversees all of the social media Internet campaigns for Elevation Creation.
Jared Quintana Lead Website Designer A Colorado native, Jared received a B.F.A. degree with his emphasis in Digital Media from Colorado State University-Pueblo. As our lead website designer for over four years, Jared has gained professional experience creating communication materials and design elements for national corporations, local nonprofit, and small business clients. Jared has a passion for design and creativity and he is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign and QuarkXpress.
Kevin Zawacki Digital Designer Kevin will soon have a B.A. in communications from the University of Colorado, and has been working with computer solutions for over a decade. His emphasis is in digital design as well as advertising and public relations. Using the lastest technologies and sharing these solutions with our partners, Kevin keeps Elevation Creation above the rest. Kevin has a passion for creativity and brings a contemporary perspective to Elevation Creation. He is skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Maxon Cinema 4D, and currently manages all vitual communcations with our design studios and our clients headquarters.
Jennifer B. Scoggins Chief Financial Officer Jenni's business and financial skills are a highly valued at Elevation Creation. Jenni oversees the accounting and administrative operations of the corporation. She has owned several small businesses and worked in an array of industries bringing Elevation Creation unique creative solutions. She has streamlined procedures and banking efficiencies for Elevation Creation and enhanced online billing services. Her outgoing personality also contributes to our team spirit.
Johnny Morehouse Video Producer and Editor Johnny received his B.A. Degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Denver. He continued his film studies at the University of New York and the North West Film Center in Portland, Oregon. He excels in direction, camera operation, scriptwriting, and editing. Johnny loves to shoot and edit music videos and documentary-style work, but his true passion is the thrill of getting to use a camera any chance he gets.
Joe Redifer Videographer / Editor / DVD Authoring Expert Joe has over a decade of experience in videography and video editing. He loves to stay on the cutting edge of the medium by utilizing widescreen and 24p formats. He intimately knows the inner workings of Final Cut Pro HD as well as other applications, such as DVD Studio Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Compressor. He is also an expert at advanced color film techniques. Joe strives for only the best possible results at all times for every project he encounters.
Jeremiah Zentz Director of Social Media Broadcasting Jeremiah has been shooting and editing digital film for over a decade. In 2000 Jeremiah won a coveted international internship with Atomfilms, where he was first introduced to Final Cut Pro and Canon professional digital equipment. Since then Jeremiah has worked with artists across the United States and received the Recognition for Innovation at the 2002 Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival. It's the innovation and uniqueness that Jeremiah brings to a project. On location he has an uncanny ability to capture the essence of his subject while recording in far from ideal situations, and an attention to detail, timing, and theme in the editing room. Jeremiah's turn around time is instantaneous, as he is a master of live blogging during shoots, edits, and broadcasts.
Christopher Guillot Music and Sound Producer Christopher is a skilled musician and music producer with an eclectic sensibility and diverse style. He holds a B.A. Degree in Audio Engineering/Music from the University of Colorado. Christopher has advanced knowledge in digital editing, MIDI sequencing, signal processing, mixing and sound design. He is an expert at Cubase, Reason, Waves and Sound Forge. He can produce everything from voice-overs and jingles to trademark sonic images, sound environments and soundtracks.
Josh Vogt Creative Copywriter As a copywriter for Elevation Creation, Josh Vogt values creativity, efficiency and quality, no matter the client, no matter the media. He recognizes that words aren't meant to just fill the white space around flashy images, but are powerful and vital elements in any outreach effort. With a B.A. in Human Communication, he was accepted into the NYU Publishing Institute and went on to work for Simon & Schuster, where he gained a wider perspective of publishing, advertising and marketing. Josh embraces the challenge of writing for websites and blogs, email, social media campaigns, and traditional content while also pursuing his love of fiction.
